Numbing of the forehead

Question: At the onset of this journey, I started getting a numbing sensation on my forehead. There were times I felt like the top of my head (from the forehead up) was cut off. What was happening then?

Chirping sound

A year into this journey, I would hear a sound similar to chirping crickets- at times very loud. When I did some research, some meditate to no end to make the sound audible. No matter how I try to tune in to the sound , all I hear is chirping crickets.

Question: What is this chirping sound that I hear?

God’s answer:

A heart with ears

You are all ears.
